We have refurbished and repaired an extensive range of industrial equipment and the following are examples of some of the more common units we deal with.

Conveyor Pulley Drums

We are regularly required to inspect and repair conveyor pulley drums. With our in-house facilities we are able to manufacture all replacement components to OEM standards and with our close alliance with local service companies we are able to rubber line drums to the clients specification or OEM standard and balance the completed unit to OEM standards.

In addition we are able to manufacture new pulley drums to samples or client drawings.

Hydraulic Cylinders

We deal with many types of hydraulic cylinders from 6m Larox filter press cylinders to 6” Enerpac cylinders.

Our service includes a full inspection and reporting service on the cylinders condition. Following our clients approval of our scope of work and quote we ensure the refurbishment/repair work meets OEM standards or better.

Knelson Bowls

We have fully developed procedures for the refurbishment of manual and automatic inner and outer Knelson bowls. We have refurbished many bowls for our Gold Mining clients and have developed a detailed inspection and repair procedure to suit client specifications and requirements.

Manufacture of Equipment Components
